Ultra-low viscosity polymer concrete repair binder Poly Fix® is a robust, two-component, ultra-low viscosity hybrid polyurethane binder designed for concrete repair. Its consistency is akin to water, enabling it to effectively penetrate hairline cracks or, when combined with dry sand, to repair concrete spalls or control joints. Poly Fix® is also an excellent solution for healing and sealing deteriorated concrete surfaces. Notably, it contains no VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), aligning with environmental compliance. New concrete should be at least 30 days old. Crack Preparation: Use appropriate tools to prepare and clean cracks. Cartridge Mixing: Condition Poly Fix® between 60°F to 80°F, shake well, and use with a dual cartridge gun for application. Bulk Mixing: For larger repairs, mix in small batches due to the rapid setting nature of the product. Placement: For larger repairs, prime the area with Poly Fix®, fill with dry sand, and saturate with Poly Fix® for a complete repair.
