The ZLOC2.2 has two high-level inputs that take the speaker signal from the OEM head unit or amplifier and convert it to a low-level output. This allows you to add an external amplifier to install an aftermarket subwoofer and add more power or more speakers. The ZLOC2.2 has a built-in CLIP indicator that flashes when it senses input or output signal distortion. This lets you easily see when the input signal distorts and enables you to adjust the output signal without clipping for a distortion-free signal.
