The clear user friendly LCD monitor provides all the crucial feedback data as well as providing seven challenging programmes. The Half Human Curved Treadmill also provides four levels of resistance enabling you to transition from a jog to a running sled push and the sturdy multi grip handlebar will give you maximum support. If you want more entertainment the treadmill also comes with an integrated smart device holder. You can then connect by Bluetooth to a range of training apps such Kinomaps and Zwift. With these apps explore real outdoor routes, structured workouts with coaching and interval training, challenge your friends in a multiplayer mode or immerse yourself in exciting video-game style training. PLEASE NOTE: Half Human equipment must be positioned in a suitable environment. It needs to be kept away from damp rooms, dusty concrete floors, areas with a constant airflow to exterior areas and rooms with high changes in temperature.
