The large 51cm x 152cm (20 x 60) running belt runs along an Advanced Comfort Tech cushioning system that helps protects joints and muscles. The DC Motor powers the treadmill to a top speed of 20km/h (12.5mph) and the incline rises to 15% for serious hill running. Worried boredom will set in, not with 26 pre-set programmes available and the option of integrating with the JRNY App (2 month FREE TRIAL for new members) that delivers personal training sessions and entertainment options like Netflix and radio (Tablet or Smartphone required to connect to the JRNY App). Bluetooth connectivity and a USB port keeps your devices charged and data synchronised. However if you are happy with the pre-set programmes then view them on the crystal clear DualTrack LCD monitor with all your workout stats and heart rate clearly displayed. It gets better as a 5kHz heart rate chest strap is included for accurate telemetric heart rate monitoring. To keep cool during your workout a 3 speed fan is built into the console.
