Locinox VENUS-S Black motorised pedestrian gate closer

The newest addition to the Locinox range is the Venus, a reversible motor for pedestrian gates with integrated electronics. This can be operated manually, and includes sliding arm finished in black, suitable in combination with hinges opening 90 degrees. The Venus gate motor is designed for the automatic opening and closing of pedestrian swing gates and outdoor use. Suitable for gates up to 100kg and 1.4m width, the maximum opening angle is up to 175° but requires a VENUS-RAIL additional arm. This is a reversible motor, for fully automatic opening, an electric lock or electric dropbolt is required. Otherwise, it is to be used in combination with a standard swing gate mechanical lock. The operating speed is limited to low-energy settings according EN16005 and ANSI 156.19 standards. ‘Locinox’ installation app is required for initialization and programming of the closer, with a step by step guide. The closing speed and motor force can be adjusted with an opening resistance of 15Nm. For gate profiles of minimum 80mm, if 60mm or for a wall the VENUS-ADAPTERPLATE is available.
