Videx security surface rim latch release supplied with a mortice plate. 8-12V AC available in fail secure The rim release lock is suitable for use with any standard Yale surface locks and eurocylinder, designed for inward internal opening doors. Other variants are available for fail open instead of fail secure. In the event of a power failure, the rim release will remain locked.
