Most prominently, its "morph" system allowed it to reassemble into different configurations – even in mid-flight. Burnham collided with the ship while emerging from a wormhole, damaging its dilithium recrystalizer. Booker took her on board, leaving her impressed by the incredible, advanced technology on display – only natural, for a ship built over 900 years in her future.
